When you join the TAKE private beta list, we collect the name and email address you provide, plus any optional creator type or description of what you would make.

How we use it

We use this information to manage beta interest, select early participants, send invitation and product updates, and understand how people hope to use TAKE.

How it is kept

Your submission is recorded in the BLAC OS contact system with its source, consent status, and timestamp. We do not sell this information. Access is limited to people and service providers supporting TAKE and BLAC operations.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information, or stop receiving beta updates, by emailing editor@blac.media.

Changes

We may update this notice as TAKE moves from private beta toward launch. The effective date above will reflect the latest version.
